AP not to work with Private companies for Capital!

Andhra Pradesh government has made it clear that it will not be dealing with any private companies for the construction of the capital. The entire capital will be developed in 3 areas. The core capital area will be of 8000 acres of the total 30000 acres. The current MOU will the Singapore government is only for the Master plan which should be completed by June.

Chandrababu Naidu has clarified that the development of the core capital will be taken care by Singapore while Japan will be involved in other 2 areas. Chandrababu importantly stressed that the Andhra Pradesh government will not be dealing with private companies for the capital. Singapore government will be utilizing the services of Jurong, Sabana re-it and other consulting companies.

So far Andhra Pradesh was able to pool in 3885 acres from the farmers of the capital region. More than 51000 acres of lands are available in these villages and out of which 30000 will be pooled in for the capital. Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu who promised a World Class Capital to the people of the state will personally monitor the capital construction by shifting base to the Temporary capital.
