AP’s Seed Capital Location Finalized

The Singapore Experts Team, will be submitting the Master Plan of the Seed Capital by July 15th. The Seed Capital will have CM office, Raj Bhavan, HOD offices and their residences, Parks and Hospitals.

Until now the government has kept it a secret but now it is revealed that it will come up in between Thullur and Mandhadam villages. Both the Central government and the state government have to fund the constructions in the Seed Capital as private players will not be able to get any stake here. However the government may execute the infrastructure facilities of the seed capital through Public Private Partnership model.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be invited to lay the foundation stone of the capital during Dussehra. The Bhoomi Puja ceremony will take place on June 6th. The construction will begin after the foundation stone ceremony.
