The BJP announced its Telangana state president on July 1, Tuesday. And the post went to seasoned criminal lawyer and former MLC N Ramchander Rao. Ramchander Rao is said to have the backing of the RSS and Bandi Sanjay is said to have supported him.
But one man seems to be miffed with the development. It is Nizamabad BJP MP Arvind Dharmapuri. There was a lot of speculation regarding who would become the next BJP state president. Arvind Dharmapuri was not top in the race, known for not being diplomatic.
But Dharmapuri seems to have taken the matter to heart and posted on X that he wouldn’t be attending party events today. Due to personal reasons, I will not attend the state party events today, he posted.
