Around 1100 From AP and TS Visits the Epicenter of Corona Cases in India?

Over 8000 people from across India and countries like Indonesia, Malaysia, Kyrgyzstan, Bangladesh, etc. attended the Tablegi Jamaat event in Nizamuddin earlier this month. This event has become the epicenter of Coronavirus cases in several states. Telangana had recorded Six Deaths in the last 48 hours, all related to this event.

In Andhra Pradesh, there is a sudden spike in the cases. Seveteen Cases have surfaced today, taking the total number of cases to Forty in the state. Again, all these cases are related to the Delhi event. According to Media Reports, 711 people from Andhra Pradesh and 369 people from Telangana attend the event.

Now, the officials face an uphill task of identifying these people and their contacts. Along with both the states, several states are on their toes in this task. Reports suggest that 1500 people from the neighboring Tamil Nadu attended this event. Governments have asked the people to report themselves and get treated for free.

Several cases belonging to a single community and with a travel history only to Delhi are being surfaced in AP and Telangana from the last few days. The governments are either ignorant or intentionally silent. Now, that has put the entire population at a risk.
