Ashok Gajapathi Raju takes oath in Telugu!

In the second day of the first Parliament sessions, all the elected are taking their oath as members of the 16th Lok Sabha on Thursdsay.. Ashok Gajapathi Raju, Civil Aviation Minister from Andhra Pradesh took oath in Telugu along with the other ministers. Ashok Gajapathi Raju of Telugu Desam Party is representing Vizianagaram Parliament. A seven time MLA previously, this is the first time he contested to the Parliament and he won with thumping majority.

Harisimrath Kaur of Punjab took oath in Punjabi and Union Minister Sushma Swaraj, Harsha Vardhan and Uma Bharati took the oath in Sanskriti. Prime Minister Narendra Modi was the first to take oath amid thumping of desks. He took his oath in Hindi in the name of God’ and was followed by BJP veteran L K Advani.
