All set for Asian Paints AP

Andhra Pradesh government is gearing up to hand over the land required for the proposed manufacturing facility of Asian Paints by this month end. APIIC had sanctioned around 110 acres at Pudi village, located opposite the proposed 4000MW plant by National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC) at Pudimadaka and Rambilli mandals in Atchuthapuram mandal.

They are currently in the process of executing the sale agreement with the company. Asian Paints already began soil investigation at the site of the proposed site.

The new plant is being setup with an investment of 1818 Crore and will produce 4 lakh KL per annum of paints. It is expected to be one of the biggest plants of Asian Paints in the country with direct employment generation of around 700 people.
