Bail Cancelation Case: CBI Court Gives Final Chance

The CBI Court in Nampally heard Jagan’s Bail Revocation case once again today. In the last hearing, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy sought more time to file their replies in this case. The court gave ten days’ time.

But then, both the parties failed to file their replies. The CBI Court had announced that it is giving the final chance to file their replies and posted the next hearing to 26th of this month. This is the second time they sought such an extension.

Once the replies are filed, the trial begins. YSR Congress MP Raghu Rama Krishnam Raju has filed this petition seeking to revoke the bail of the Chief Minister as he is not cooperating with the trial without attending the court proceedings.

The MP also brought to the notice of the court that the Chief Minister is trying to influence the witnesses by appointing the co-accused in the cases in various important positions of his Government. The MP is currently in jail on the charges of sedition.
