Balakrishna Spending Own Money To Help Hindupur People

Nandamuri Balakrishna has halted the shooting of his Acharya in the wake of the Coronavirus cases surge. The actor who is the MLA of Hindupur is continuously monitoring the situation in his constituency and is trying to help the people as much as he could.

He recently sent immunity-boosting tablets worth 30 Lakhs donated by a company recently to the constituency for distribution among the people. The other day, he sent medicines worth fifteen lakhs of COVID-related medicines to the Government hospital there.

Another fifteen lakh worth of medicines were kept for the people at his residence in Hindupur for the infected people. Attendants of the patients can approach the Positive COVID-19 report and get the medicines for free. The actor cum politician has spent money from his own pocket for the medicines.

“Often the Governments are known for doing very little for the constituencies of the Opposition. So the MLA is doing all that he can,” a TDP leader in the constituency told us.
