A popular Newspaper from AP today published a story that Nandamuri Balakrishna and YS Sharmila are going to lock horns with each other for Vizag Parliament seat. Uttarandhra region plays a major role in the fortunes of any political party. So, all the parties hope fielding a popular candidate for Vizag Parliament will have an affect on all the constituencies in the region. so, both the parties have zeroed in their dark horses for the seat.

Uttarandhra is a strong forte of Telugu Desam Party since its inception. But the party lost its hold on the region in recent years. With Congress almost ruled out in Seema Andhra region, Chandra Babu hopes to revive party here. On the other side, YSR Congress wants to regain Congress’ place here who bagged almost 70-80% seats in the region in 2009 elections.
