Banjara Hills Rave Party: CI Suspended

A rave party has been busted in Banjara Hills in the early hours of today. Niharika Konidela, Rahul Sipligunj, and several other film celebrities are among around 150 detained.

Meanwhile, the Telangana government has taken the issue seriously. The government felt that the Banjara Hills police had not taken action despite complaints from locals in the past.

With this, Banjara Hills CI Sivachandra was suspended by CP CV Anand. ACP Sudarshan, on the other hand, was also given a charge memo.

The CP directed the ACP to give an explanation on the matter.

Locals allege that the pub is located near the police station yet no action has been taken.

The last night’s operation has been conducted by the Task Force police. Those detained today will be served notices.

A case has been registered against the pub owner. Buzz is that it is owned by a former MP’s daughter.

The issue has gotten so much media attention because of Niharika and Rahul Sipligunj. We will have to see where this case leads to.
