Big Shame For Jagan, Viveka Case Shifted Out Of AP

In what can be termed as a big embarrassment for YS Jagan Mohan Reddy Government, the Supreme Court of India had opined that the investigation in YS Vivekananda Reddy’s Murder case is not happening properly.

Hearing the petition of Viveka’s daughter, Sunitha, the Supreme Court agreed to shift the case out of Andhra Pradesh.

The CBI earlier informed the Apex Court that the police colluded with the accused in this cases. The CBI asked the Supreme Court not to shift the case to Telangana but asked for Karnataka.

Jagan Mohan Reddy has cordial relations with Telangana Government and that may be the reason.

YS Vivekananda Reddy is the Uncle of the Chief Minister who was murdered just before 2019 elections. Jagan blamed TDP during the election campaign.

Viveka’s daughter named YSRCP leaders as the suspects after the election and made direct allegations that Jagan Government is trying to save them.

She approached the Supreme Court saying that she does not trust the government. The Apex Court also agreed with her.

If the Chief Minister can not ensure fair investigation in his own Uncle’s murder case, it is a big shame. Also, YCP leaders being in this case also brings doubts on Jagan.
