Big Trouble for Sasikala’s Team – Game Over?

Sasikala’s Faction in AIADMK has suffered a big blow as Delhi Police registered a case of her nephew, the party’s Deputy General Secretary, TTV Dhinakaran. He reportedly tried to bribe the officials in Election Commission with a whopping 60 Crore through an agent.

Delhi Police managed to nab the agent and recovered 1.39 Crore from him. Dhinakaran is the defacto of Sasikala in AIADMK. He is the candidate of the party in Jayalalithaa’s RK Nagar by-election and is accused of trying to bribe the voters too much which resulted in the cancellation of the polling in the last minute.

Dhinakaran is expected to become the Chief Minister if he wins the election and rule the state on Sasikala’s behalf. But then, with these series of events, his days may be numbered now. On the other side, Dhinakaran rushed to Bengaluru to meet Sasikala in Parapanna Agrahara Prison.
