BJP faced the same insult it has given Congress!

Giant Killer Arvind Kejriwal punctured BJP’s victory March. The party which looked almost invincible in the country until a week ago suddenly got grounded in the National Capital. While the party needed at least seven seats to win the Leader of Opposition Status in Delhi Assembly, BJP just managed three of them.

The saffron party’s Chief Minister candidate, Kiran Bedi did not even win from Krishnanagar constituency which was considered as a strong hold of BJP. Interestingly this is the same insult BJP had inflicted on Congress in the General elections that took place in May. In a serious mockery, Kumar Vishwas of Aam Admi Party still offered BJP the leader of opposition status.

On the other side, Prime Minister Narendra Modi accepted the defeat gracefully. He reportedly called Arvind Kejriwal and congratulated him on the win. Modi also assured Kejriwal full cooperation from the centre in the development of Delhi.
