BJP faces major embarrassment in Bihar

BJP has met with a major embarrassment as Nitish Kumar led Maha Ghat Bhandhan is heading towards an overwhelming majority in the just concluded Bihar Assembly elections. The counting started this morning and MGB majority went on increasing after every round. The coalition is already leading in 155 seats and may even end up getting 180-200 seats finally.

This defeat will hurt BJP big time as it came after 30+ public meetings by the Prime Minister himself. This result will definitely have a major impact on national politics. This victory will add teeth to the almost dead opposition at the center.

And the central government should gear up for more trouble in Rajya Sabha while passing all the crucial bills. Previous regimes of Lalu Prasad Yadav were called Jungle Raj in Bihar. We can only happen it will not return as Lalu’s RJD managed seats on par with Nitish’s JDU.
