BJP Looks at Naidu – the Troubleshooter!

BJP never cared for TDP or Chandrababu Naidu after that historic mandate in 2014 elections but wants to use his experience when they needed. BJP is in need of Naidu’s services ahead of the Presidential Elections in July. Amit Shah who met Chandrababu Naidu the other day in Vijayawada asked him to hold talks with his West Bengal Counterpart and Trinamool Congress Supremo Mamata Banerjee for her support in the election.

BJP and Mamata are at loggerheads in the recent years as the saffron party is keen to expand its base in West Bengal. On the other side, Congress is reaching out to all the Opposition Parties to put up a common candidate against NDA candidate.

BJP is not keen on going for election in this prestigious election and is trying its level best for the election to be unanimous. Naidu previously has the experience of working as NDA Convener and is a good friend of Senior Leaders of Various Parties in the Country.

The tenure of President Pranab Mukherjee ends on July 24th. NDA is also yet to announce its candidate for the election. Naidu will be very soon flying to Kolkata to sit with Mamata. Naidu’s Office already reached out to West Bengal CMO for an Appointment.
