BJP reminds of Congress to AP people!

Offence is the best form of defense, a saying goes like this. AP BJP leaders seem to have taking it seriously. In a bid to defend center’s apathy to the state, they are resorting to peddalling of blatant lies. The other day BJP Mahila Morcha President Puradhareeshwari said that Center is funding all the programs being conducted in the state. Money for those programs are of the center while the name attached to them is of Chandrababu.

Other BJP leaders are telling that the center so far sanctioned projects worth 1.4 Lakh Crore to the state. Interestingly, Union Finance Minister, Arun Jaitley himself made an announcement that AP got an additional help of 6400 Crore from the center in this two years. This is in addition to the usual devolution of funds and center sponsored schemes.

Devolution of funds from the center to the states and center sponsored schemes are the rights of the states. They get them in return to the takes people pay to the center. They can only be a right and can not be treated as help. In addition to that, they are also adding projects which run in to 100s of Crores but zero in allocations to arrive at the 1.4 Lakh Crore. To be precise, 6400 Crore is not even equal to the 7500+ Crore spend for the first phase of Runa Mafi. BJP’s propaganda is reminding people of Congress days!
