BJP Trying Communal Card in AP?

Communal Card is the Trump Card of BJP wherever it is successful. BJP’s Andhra Pradesh Unit seems to be planning to use the same in the truncated state as well. BJP MLC Somu Veerraju has brought out the issue of Bhadrachalam to corner Congress.

“Bhadrachalam belongs to Andhra Pradesh. It is the work of Congress to deprive Bhadrachalam and now they are trying to corner the Central government in the name of Special Status while AP is getting funds more than what the Special Status states get,” Somu Veerraju said.

Somu Veerraju also revealed that strengthening in South is the biggest target of BJP. But then, this communal card may backfire as the question arises about why BJP could not get back Bhadrachalam for AP like how they got Seven Mandals of Khammam from Telangana to AP.
