The influential Komatireddy Brothers of Congress are feeling suffocated in the Grand Old Party. Buzz is that they will be leaving the party at any time and will be joining BJP. On the other side, sources say that Komatireddy Brothers recently got the lease of Telangana based Raj Channel.

BJP Spokesperson Krishna Sagar Rao is said to be overlooking the channel work. The plan is to make it Telangana BJP Mouth Piece like V6 and Namasthe Telangana for TRS. They are working on the facelift of the channel to take it closer to the people.

All these are part of BJP’s bid to grow in the South particularly in Telangana. The Party’s Central Leadership harbored huge hopes on the state to bag a significant number of Lok Sabha seats and emerge as a main opposition party in the state assembly in 2019.

BJP already announced severing ties with TDP (TS) and will contest the election all alone. Even though there are rumors about a possible tie-up between TRS and BJP. The high command has indicated that there will not be any adjustment with TRS before the elections.
