Blaming Postman for the Bad News in the Letter?

Union Minister Venkaiah Naidu seems to have become a punching bag since BJP came to power in 2014. Despite putting up a brave fight for Andhra interest during the bifurcation and doing all that he could do, Venkaiah is being blamed for Modi government going back on the Special Status issue.

Everyone knows that Venkaiah is only a Postman who carried the bad news while the real decision makers are Modi, Jaitley and Amit Shah. And in another such instance, Venkaiah is being blamed for keeping the ban on NDTV in abeyance. Center has imposed one day ban on NDTV for its irresponsible reporting on Pathankot attack.

The issue got immense traction across the nation. Pro media groups and Opposition blamed it as a hindrance to Freedom of Media while Right Wingers supported this move to rein media bullying the National Security. But then NDTV Top Brass met Venkaiah and gave an explanation.

BJP Supporters who have aggressively supported the government on this issue were taken back for keeping the ban orders in abeyance and had a field run over Venkaiah Naidu in Social Media. But then are they not aware who takes decisions in such crucial issues. If the decision is not taken with Modi’s knowledge, then it should be the biggest concern for Modi fans than anything else. But Venkaiah is unlikely to take any such decisions.
