Ex minister Botsa Satyanarayana fainted on stage due to heat stroke at a meeting being held at Chipurupalli, Vizianagaram.
He was immediately rushed to the camp office. Botsa was taking part in the ‘vennupotu day’ event held by YSRCP. He fainted mid way during a speech. Prior to that, a rally was held in Chipurupalli which is also his constituency.
His followers rushed him to the camp office and doctors were called over. Botsa is said to be in a stable condition and recovering well. But the decision to take him to a hospital will be taken soon.
It has to be noted that Botsa underwent a heart surgery last year. Hence, the doctors are carefully checking all aspects.
Botsa is a senior politician who has been in various political parties. He started out with the Congress and later went to TDP. He then came to YSRCP.
He is known to be a seasoned political strategist and has a strong base in Vizianagaram.
