‘Botsa’s Nephew Bought The Kodi Kathi Weapon’

The Kodi Katha saga is getting dragged on and on and on while the accused in the case, Srinivasa Rao rots in jail with no substantial progress in the investigation.

In this context, Srinivasa Rao’s lawyer, Saleem has made a very interesting argument in the court today.

“Botsa Satyanarayana’s nephew Majji Srinivasa Rao is the one who bought the Kodi Kathi weapon to the scene. He is the one who delivered the weapon to Dinesh Kumar who is one of the witnesses in the case” the lawyer stated.

“The chief minister YS Jagan should attend the investigation. If he comes, then the facts can be verified in the case. He is not attending the investigation with the fear of getting caught. Jagan is postponing and dragging the case in order to gain some mileage politically” Saleem said.

The fact that the defense lawyer said Botsa’s nephew is possibly one of the main culprits in the case raises new suspicions over the same.
