Muhammad Ali’s son and his first wife were stopped at the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport and were questioned for their Muslim names and their origin. They were repeatedly asked where they got their names from and if they are of Muslim origin. The duo was held for two hours and repeatedly asked the same two questions.

The family’s representative said that they are planning to file a lawsuit on the issue and are also gathering the information of how many others have faced the same trouble as Ali’s family did. The representative opinionated that this issue is the effect of Trump’s idea of banning Muslims in the country.
