Bring down illegal cutouts and hoardings – HC

High Court became serious on unauthorized cutouts and banners of politicians and celebrities being put up in both the states. These cutouts and banners not only block the roads but also disrupt the concentration of vehicle drivers.

There are laws in place where parties wanting to put up these material have to take the permission from the concerned municipalities and only erect them in specific place by paying some amount. However these rules are often violated. Municipalities and other officials remain mum so as not to mess with politicians or celebrities.
