Busted: AP CID Tries Illegal Arrests At Margadarsi

For a while now, there has been one major complaint about the Andhra Pradesh CID and that is they are using all their might and resources to trouble Margadarsi in one way or another.

The Telangana High Court had ordered AP CID not to carry out any hard action against Margadarsi and its leadership. But the CID is least bothered about the same.

Incidentally, AP CID tried to do illegal arrests at Margadarsi office in Hyderabad and this plan was busted by the Telangana police who stopped them from making these arrests which are against lawful practice.

Reportedly, AP CID tried to trick Margadarsi Vice President Rajaji and Director, Venkataswamy with the name of recording their statement. Their plan was to then shift them to Vijayawada for investigation.

The Telangana police then came to action and asked if the AP CID had the transit warrant for them to be able to shift these two individuals from Telangana to Vijayawada. CID officers had nothing as such and they were let gasping when questioned by Telangana police. So, their effort to illegally shift Margadarsi top brass to Vijayawada got busted.
