Can courts give respite to Roja?

YSR Congress Suspended MLA Roja approached court on her one year suspension from AP Assembly. She complained that her suspension is illegal and the Speaker is not within rules while suspending her.

She reiterated that she did not do any mistake and even if she did, she can only be suspended for one session. However it has to be seen if courts can interfere in a decision taken by Speaker.

On the other side, TDP MLA Anitha who is at receiving end in the whole controversy already filed a defamation suit on Roja. It is known that Roja is caught on video using some very personal comments on Anitha and disgraceful name calling of the Chief Minister.
