Capital Core area in 1000 acres!

The core area of Andhra Pradesh State capital will be coming up in 1000 acres. This was decided by the government by its early estimations. The government also estimated that the core area will cost 16000 Crores for construction.

The Assembly will come up in 120 acres, CM office in 15 acres, Raj Bhavan in 15 acres. Other offices, Quarters of Ministers and officials along with the above will require 1010 acres according to the government plans right now. Government is pooling 30000 acres for the state capital keeping in the mind the requirements that will crop up in the next 100 years.

The government also estimated that the entire capital construction will cost 1,20,000 Crores. Officials are busy preparing proposals as such department wise and will be sending those to the Center. The Andhra Pradesh Reorganization Act guarantees the Center to bear the full expense of the state capital.
