Capital Real Estate uses Naidu as Poster boy!

The Real Estate Mafia in the upcoming Capital region of Andhra Pradesh is doing all that they can to cash the capital boom. The Real Estate segment should be usually dull here as no one is sure about the future of the state or if the next governments will prove to be effective in fullfilling promises now made to the land owner by TDP government.

However the Real Estate Mafia is trying to use Naidu as Poster Boy to sell their lands. Naidu who has the maximum credit of developing the Hyderabad in his previous tenures is now being useful for the Real Estate agents. Some of them are even putting up Naidu’s posters in front of their layouts to attract the buyers.

Real estate firms say that Naidu is next to God as land has been turned into gold. But most of these layouts are illegal. CRDA is warning that such layouts will be demolished and those behind it would get three years’ jail. So far 35 such layouts are identified.
