Cash for Vote scam Evidences to Forensic Lab

Telangana ACB had decided to send the 14 Audio and Video tapes of the Cash for Vote Scam to Forensic Science Laboratory. Two Mobile Phones, Cameras and the CPU seized from Revanth Reddy’s house were being sent to the lab to ratify their authenticity. The Lab report is expected to come in 2-3 days.

On the other side, up on the court permission, ACB will be taking the statement of nominated MLA, Stephenson on Saturday. The statement will be taken under Section 164. Questions like Who all are involved in this case, who spoke to him and how much money was he offered will be asked.

On the other side, ACB is yet to make a statement regarding how they obtained the audio tape allegedly of Chandrababu with out tapping his phone while the recording option argument is shallow due to the ring tone in the recording. On the report of the Forensic Lab, ACB had to also answer how the evidences in their custody are constantly leaking to media.
