CBI Court serious on Jagan and Vijaya Sai Reddy

Nampally CBI Court issued a warrant on Leader of Opposition, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy and a non bailable warrant on YSR Congress Rajya Sabha MP, Vijaya Sai Reddy in Corruption cases. Both of them have evaded the court proceedings today. Jagan is in Bharosa Yatra in Anantapur while Vijaya Sai complained about health issue.

Vijaya Sai Reddy’s counsel submitted a petition to the court requesting him from personal appearance in the court cases. The court became serious and slashed the petition. The court opined that they are intentionally trying to delay the court proceedings. The next hearing of the case is posted to June 10th.

Jagan Mohan Reddy and Vijaya Sai Reddy are Accused No.1 and Accused No.2 in numerous corruption cases. YS Jagan recently nominated Vijaya Sai Reddy to Rajya Sabha from his party’s quota saying that it is a reward to Vijaya Sai Reddy’s loyality to his family and the party.
