The investigating agency asked the court to cancel the conditional bail of Jagan and give him to its custody. Jagan with the help of Sakshi is trying to influence the case with the comments Ramakanth Reddy made in the interview.

After hearing the petition, the court gave Jagan time till April 7th to file a counter on CBI’s Petition. Going back to jail at this time will be very dangerous for YSR Congress. Previously Jagan Mohan Reddy spent 16 months in jail before the 2014 elections.
