CBI Notices On The Way To KCR?

Telangana High Court has referred the Moinabad farmhouse MLAs Poaching case to the CBI. The accused in the case approached the court demanding the same and the court found merit in their plea.

The SIT appointed by the Telangana served notices to BJP’s National General Secretary who appears to be the mastermind in this case. But Santosh never turned up and with CBI entering, he will unlikely to do so going forward as well.

But then, KCR who should be at the receiving end in case the plan is executed may get CBI notices, sources say.

It was KCR who produced the evidence for the media. The CBI can serve him notices to submit all the evidence and explain why they are leaked to the media.

BRS suspects that BJP may use CBI to torment KCR and other leaders.

If KCR was to appear before CBI, he will become the first Telugu Chief Minister to face such an embarrassing situation.
