
The hearing in the High Court on the bail petition filed by former Chief Minister Chandrababu in the skill development case has been adjourned till tomorrow.
The arguments on the interim bail were completed today and the judge reserved the verdict. The court said it would pronounce the judgement on interim bail tomorrow.
It has been revealed that a decision will be taken on Tuesday as to when arguments will be heard on the main bail petition.
It is known that Chandrababu approached the High Court after the ACB court refused to grant bail in this case. Senior advocate Dammalapati Srinivas argued on behalf of Chandrababu. Siddhartha Luthra, Supreme Court Senior lawyer, made arguments virtually on behalf of the TDP chief.
AAG Ponnavolu Sudhakar Reddy argued on behalf of the state government. Chandrababu’s lawyers brought it to the attention of the court that the doctors suggested that Chandrababu should be given bail in view of his health.
