CBN’s Quash Petition Wait Continues

It is known that Telugu Desam Party chief Chandrababu Naidu was let out on bail by the AP high court in the skill case on the 31st of September.

Incidentally, Naidu’s quash petition which has been in the hearing stage at the Supreme Court for a while now, is getting postponed that much longer.

The apex court was scheduled to deliver the verdict on the case on the 7th of November and it then got postponed to the 8th of November as the two judges were on different benches on 7th November.

But the latest update is that the quash petition is set to get further postponed as the case hasn’t been listed in the Supreme Court’s schedule for the 8th of this month.

This essentially means that the verdict could not be out on the 8th of November either. Meaning, the judgment on the case will take that much longer.

If the apex court approves the quash petition, the skill case will be disposed off for good and CBN will be cleared of all charges and allegations. This is exactly what he is fighting for.
