Center sends KCR’s favourite IAS officer to AP

GHMC Somesh Kumar is one of the most trusted lieutenants of Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao. He was given the key responsibility of GHMC and there were also allegations that Somesh Kumar is working too much in the corporation to please KCR.

However Somesh Kumar was allotted to Andhra Pradesh during the division of IAS officers between both the states. Somesh Kumar continued with Telangana government appealing against the allotment with the CAT.

But now Center had confirmed there is no chance of revision in his allotment and he should report to Andhra Pradesh government. Somesh Kumar who went extra mile of even rejecting AP CM Chandrababu’s residence plan in Hyderabad will have a tough time in AP.
