Center’s Special Package to AP after 17th!

Going by the political developments, Andhra Pradesh is pretty close in getting a Special Package from the Center as assistance due to the losses incurred during the state bifurcation. The state leaders of AP BJP, the ministers, MLAs and MPs are going to Delhi on 16th of this month. They will be meeting Party President Amit Shah, Minister Rajnath Singh, Arun Jaitley and Smriti Irani on that day requesting for the assistance.

They will also meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the next day. Political experts say that the Special package will arrive any time after their meeting in Delhi so as to give an impression that their pressure worked on the Center.

It is earlier said that the Center has promised 1000 Crore for the state capital, 1000 Crore for Polavaram and 1000 Crore for covering up the revenue deficit. The Center also promised the state to release more funds after receiving the DPR of the state capital in June.
