Centre’s new song on Railway Zone!

Central government is twisting its tongue as many times as possible in the Special Railway Zone issue. There are several proposals doing rounds regarding the railway zone. But it is sure that the centre will not be giving the zone which is demanded by AP for a long time.

Uttarandhra MPs met Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu on Monday and once again reminded him about their demand with a railway zone with Vishakapatnam as head quarters. It is said that the railway minister assured them they will be giving the special railway zone but did not give them the exact details of the divisions that will come under this new zone.

The minister also confirmed that the zone will not be announced in the Railway budget at the end of this month. But the announcement will take place only after that. So it looks like the upcoming Railway budget is going to be disappointing for AP once again!
