Chandra Babu lobbies for National Games in AP!

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandra Babu Naidu is lobbying hard to host the 39th National Games 2017 at Vijayawada. He has already written a letter to Union Minister of State for Sports (Independent Charge) Sarbananda Sonowal to give Andhra Pradesh a chance. The 32nd National Games in 2002 were conducted in Hyderabad when Naidu was Chief Minister of undivided Andhra Pradesh.

The National Games conducted in 2002 had resulted in creation of a world class sports infrastructure in Hyderabad and emergence of new talent. The National games then conducted are of never before in the history and increased the brand image of Hyderabad. And now Naidu hopes that similar effort this time will put the new state capital significantly on the India map. With his influence over the Center,experts believe Naidu can well make it happen for AP.
