AP CM flying to Singapore to spot MD

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu will be flying to Singapore on 17th of this month for a three days tour. The major agenda of this whirlwind tour is to identify a master developer for Amaravati. Naidu will be clearing all the apprehensions of Singapore over the commercial viability of this project.

The Master developer will be asked to develop and construct the capital and is also expected to get investments and industries into the capital. However Naidu has to clarify them regarding the fee structure if the government will pay them or give a parcel of land in return.

Singapore-based firms SembCorp and Jurong already expressed their interest in participating as the master developer. The details will be worked out and will be known only after the chief minister completes his tour.
