Andhra Pradesh CM Chandrababu highlighted the value of health and fitness during the Assembly session on Tuesday. He pointed out that Prime Minister Modi has never taken a day off in his long career despite being 75, which sets an example for all.
Chandrababu said both he and Modi never skipped duties for health reasons. Modi, who is six months younger, has often travelled abroad, returned, and toured several states immediately. He praised Modi’s stamina and added that food should be treated as medicine.
He recalled Baba Ramdev’s observation that people now consume in 40 years the amount of food a human should eat in 120 years. This, according to him, is why diseases are rising. He stressed that diet choices and frequency can prevent or reduce health problems.
Chandrababu also joked that overeating applies to Deputy Speaker Raghurama Raju, drawing laughter from the House. From quantum technology to fitness, he continues to inspire people by speaking passionately on diverse subjects that connect with everyday life.
