CBN @ ACB Court: 1 Win, 1 Lose

Telugu Desam Party chief Chandrababu Naidu is in the midst of an elongated legal battle. He has even failed a bail petition at the ACB court in Vijayawada.

The ACB court has issued the final verdict on the case and they have stated that Naidu’s bail petition has been dismissed.

The ACB court stated that they can’t grant bail to Chandrababu at this point in time and rejected his petition.

At the same time, the ACB court has rejected the CID’s custody petition as well. They’ve stated that they can’t give Naidu to CID investigation at this juncture.

So essentially, Naidu has one win and one loss at the ACB court. While the loss is the rejection of the bail plea, the win will be the CID’s custody petition getting stuck down.

This is one of the most talked about topics in the Telugu states. The high court had earlier dismissed the bail plea of Chandrababu Naidu and now, the ACB court has done the same.
