CBN Arrest: KCR Taking Live Updates?

It is known that Telugu Desam Party chief Chandrababu Naidu is currently serving a 14-day remand. This is the most talked about topic not just in AP but also in Telangana.

Now, ABN has come up with an interesting report that Telangana CM and BRS chief KCR is taking minute by minute updates on the arrest of Chandrababu.

As per the report from ABN, Telangana CM KCR is closely following the developments in AP in the aftermath of Naidu’s arrest. He is assessing what sort of an impact this will have on Telangana politics and also, what the Telangana public is thinking about BRS in view of Naidu’s arrest.

Reportedly, KCR has commissioned a team to let him know of the social media posts and comments of netizens in connection with Naidu’s arrest in order to gauge the gravity of the situation. He is even calling a few people in AP to take ground reports on the same, say reports.

The idea behind this could be to asses if there will be a sympathy wave for TDP in Telangana with the state going to elections in 2 months from now. Naidu’s arrest will be fresh in the memory of the voters and this could influence the voting trends to an extent, it seems.

All in all, Naidu’s arrest is not just shaking AP, it is also causing ripples in Telangana, to an extent where KCR himself is keeping a close watch on the proceedings.
