It is known that TDP boss Chandrababu Naidu was granted interim bail by the High Court. Today, the regular bail petition filed by CBN at the HC came to a hearing, and here is an update on the same.
AP government AAG, Ponnavolu Sudhakar Reddy argued the case on CID’s behalf while CBN’s legal team also stated their point.
Naidu’s lawyers argued that he is not in a good medical condition and needs medical supervision and favorable conditions as he has undergone an eye surgery recently and also has an underlying heart problem.
The lawyers also submitted the medical report which says Naidu needs to take pills for 5 weeks, needs constant check-ups, get his ocular pressure checked frequently. It is also mentioned that he has an underlying heart problem.
The court then adjourned the case and added that the next hearing has been pushed to the 16th of November. So, the wait on the regular bail plea of Chandrababu gets that much longer.
