Port City faces Vinyl woes!

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu’s frequent visits to Vishakapatnam is in a way causing a problem for the port city people. The Party leaders and carder are putting huge number of hoardings and flex boards inviting him and to attract Naidu’s attention. .

These boards are put across the city and even on the National Highway 16 connecting the airport to Madillapalem for all the occasions. These hoardings are diverting drivers and causing visibility problems.

Besides they are made of non-biodegradable materials and are also an environment and health hazard as these are toxic, carcinogenic materials. Despite the high court’s order on restricting them, the municipal authorities are doing very little in arresting the menace.
