Decision on Special Status and Package in a week!

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu met Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley in Delhi the other day, Jaitley had confirmed to Naidu that they will be taking a decision on the Special Status and Special Package after a week. Jaitley also hinted that the center may announce few more Tax concessions and subsidies before that.

Naidu took to his notice how youth are disturbed and resorting to suicides due to the delay. Experts are of the opinion that the Prime Minister may announce the Special Package along with few incentives when he comes down to AP for Amaravati Foundation stone laying ceremony the next month.

On the other side, Leader of Opposition, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is sitting for a fast unto death with this demand in Guntur from day after tomorrow. The announcement of the center will also be timed as such that Jagan will not get any credit for the decision.
