Naidu doing a mistake in trusting Center?

The other day, Andhra Pradesh government had written a letter to the Central government demanding the assets and liabilities of all the institutions under Section 9 and 10 are to be divided on Population basis, according to the recent directive of Supreme Court. However one clause in the letter is not written well.

AP government informed the Center that it will forego its right on the institutions if Center agrees to build all those in Amaravati with its own clause. This is a very dangerous condition. Central government under Narendra Modi developed a habit of promising and not adhering to them particularly in the case of AP.

For National Project Polavaram, they said you spend and we will reimburse but that is not at all happening. The Center is mandated to bridge the first year revenue deficit of Andhra Pradesh according to AP Reorganization Act, but that did not happen as well. So trusting Center in this issue can be very risky.
