Naidu to Monitor Kia Motors Investment Himself

Andhra Pradesh Government has set up a coordination committee to facilitate all the needed approvals for Kia Motors. The Committee consists of 18 members and is headed by Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu. Industries Minister Amarnath Reddy is also a member along with Top officials of Revenue, Mining, Industries and APIIC.

The Committee will have one member of Kia Motors. The Company is targeting to begin the construction work in June. Since it is a major investment, the Chief Minister has taken special interest and is monitoring the works all himself.

The South Korea-based company which is the fifth biggest Automobile manufacturer in the World. selected AP as its home for its first ever plant in India and will be making a whopping 10000 Crore investment and will provide 10000 Employment Opportunities.
