Why Naidu is politically right on Kapu reservations?

Harayana high court today struck off the state government’s G.O. which entitles reservations for Jats. Back then, Jats went on a massive agitation demanding reservations, Harayana government finally granted them the wish including them in BC-C category. However the high court cancelled the reservations stating that the state government did not follow due procedure.

This is what Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu said particularly when Kapu reservation issue gripped the state. He warned that courts will interfere and struck down the reservations if they are granted with out proper procedure. This is exactly what happened in Jats issue.

Kapu activist Mudhragada Padmanabham is trying to pull the government’s leg on the issue every day on some issue or other. But the fact is that Naidu is politically very correct in this issue and it is established once again with the Jats issue.
