Naidu puts cap on over expenditures of Babus!

As the administration of the state is slowly shifting to Vijayawada, government officials are seem shuttling between Hyderabad and Vijayawada very regularly. Of late their travel and accomodation budgets are shooting up and so the government had decided to put a cap on that.

The government had released few guidelines regarding the same. According to that, the officials have to use train or their own car in case the to and fro air tickets between Hyderabad and Vijayawada are costing more than 10000. The government going forward will not allow Babus staying in star hotels and instructed them to use Tourism hotels for their stay.

The guidelines also instructed them not to bring the staff along with them unless specially specified by the Senior officials, Chief Secretary or the Chief Minister. Its good that government had decided to check the unnecessary expenditure and we will have to see how the Babus receive them
