Naidu to showcase 'Sunrise AP' at World Summit

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu is once again attending the World Economic Forum (WEF) meeting to be held in Davos in Switzerland from January 20 to 23. Naidu also attended the meeting last year and is expected sign several MoUs with top-notch companies in the world.

Naidu will also show case the investment opportunities in the State to the global investors and business elite. Naidu’s Davos trip will go on from Jan 19 to Jan 24 (including travel time). This meeting will be attended by about 2,000 to 2,500 delegates from various countries from the fields of business, IT, government and political.

The state government will have an exclusive session on ‘Sunrise AP’ to attract investments to the State by explaining the advantages and investment opportunities. The Government’s focus is likely to be on exploring smart cities and tourism models being adopted in European countries.
