Chandrababu wins Government employees big time!

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu was known to be a hard task master during his previous tenure 1999-2004. He used to pressure them immensely by sudden checks and mandatory attendance maintenance. It is then believed that government employees acted against TDP in 2004 elections and worked in favour of Congress in poll management.

Realizing the mistake, Chandrababu softened stand on them. He increased the retirement age from 58 to 60 years immediately after coming to power. And now he had announced 43% fitment in the pay scale revision. This revision is equal to that is offered in Telangana despite severe financial problems in the state.

The pay scale revision is decide in a single meeting with employees and Government with out a single day of protests. Government employees are totally happy and are signing praises of Chandrababu Naidu. APNGOs President, Ashok Babu termed Andhra Pradesh government as the best government in the state.
